I was a tenant from Jan. 2006 to Aug. 2007. My experience,living at Fiesta Place Apartments, has been unequivocally the best experience I have had renting an apartment in my entire adult life. Although the building is aged. its maintained with great care.For the peoples who reside there, as well s the building itself. There is such a friendly bond between the manager(Bonnie) and the residents(most) being single that one feels that they have a family. Even when you have no family left in this world. Bonnie the manager would never spy on anyone- its against her business ethics but especially her own personal ethics. I realize the person who wrote this posting is angry. Okay. But be angry at the real reason... Only they know the answer.

To the angry resident: I DON'T GET IT???!!! Now, it's not just gossip and spying. Now you're accusing Bonnie of threatening physical violence. Oh...my...goodness!! IF there was a VERBAL confrontation, Bonnie's too smart/professional to not have made sure she had a 2nd party there to avoid any unverifiable accounts of WHAT WAS/WAS NOT SAID. And...last I heard, it was perfectly normal and okay to get "short & snappy" with someone who is lying against you...especially if they are lying about one's professional stature. I doubt your credibility when you say she told you, "how much nobody could stand you and couldn't wait until you left" because I know that Bonnie DEFENDED you once when there was a comment about your "not being as friendly" as the rest of us. Gee, whiz...can't you be FAIR?!!
