Pretty good for the price

The Forest Apartments are generally okay - nothing spectaculer but nothing too horrible, either. The apartments are large for the price and the second floor has vaulted ceilings. It does take an extra call or two to get maintenance done, and the manager is changing all the time, so that can be negative. But overall, it was sort-of an average living experience.
