I just moved out of my dorm room and the Forest apartments were the only one that it wasnt that bad for the price. when i first moved in the front ladyin the office was very sweet and helpfull. And as time went on the "honeymoon" phase passed and soon realized why they had openings. The apartments had a major issues with ants, roaches and the laundry rooms were never kept up. As things in the apartment went out or broke down i would go to the office to request a repair. if it was the lady from the front office it would be a breeze; she would ask what needed to be done and seemed like she cared. while if the main lady from the back (and you will know if she is there or not ....trust me who couldn't hear her)she would ask what you wanted and shove you off like you were bothering her with work while she relaxed. simple request like a new filter to having my carpets cleaned was like having to go to court with her. As my lease came up i went to the office to see how the lady from the front office was doing and to my surprise she was not there, tammy the lady from the cave in back informed me that they let her go cause of behavior issues with management then asked me what i wanted. i said you cant so anything for me and thank you. next week i put in my 30 day notice and never looked back. they lost the one positive thing at the apartments and now there customer service is just like there apartments them self cheap,slow and just horrible. if you are in a tight budget please save yourself and dont even take your time in visiting.
