Nice place, but poor maintenance.

The biggest problem I had was that maintenance was slow. They make you go through an 800 number to put in work requests, and sometimes these requests would mysteriously never get processed. Then I would have to call the office to get someone on the ball. I never liked calling that number; after a few bad experienced, I got in the habit of calling the office after calling the 800 number, to make sure they knew what was up.
Other than that, they were friendly, the price was very good, and the amenities were good. It was a lot more space than we expected for our money, and pretty conveniently located.
