Forest Creek Village Apt

Don't rent here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   We rented here because of the friendly staff and tenants- the patios-the creek. What a big _mistake. The appliances never worked - frig broke at least 3 times-stove never worked right-dishwasher was never working well. Heating and air conditioner were mold infested safety hazards. Black mold in all walls and under sinks. Rats-Mice- Roaches!!! They cut down most patio trees and fences. Maintenance went from poor to nonexistent-they either don't show up or don't fix things properly when they do. Dog crap makes the grassy area near creek unusable. Craters in parking lot to tear up your car. When we left the tenants were the only thing we missed. Forest creek is a health and safety hazard waiting for all those st. ed's students they suck in
