I live in building 4 and on the first floor,,, and I have never had anyone try to break in.

My kids love the pool and playground, both kept very clean at all times. And they participate in a FREE YMCA afterschool program that is open till 6:30pm. The YMCA even offers a FREE summer program which runs from 10:00-6:00pm. They recently went to CAMP GLIMMER, and VOLENTE BEACH free.

Also a few of my friends have moved in since I did, everytime they came over they just kept saying that it was so quiet. And they have experienced no problems since moving in.

The office and maintenence staff are very friendly. There is a monthly meeting in which the residents get to vouice their concerns, comments, problems. I have never had a problem with them.

The landscape is well kept and the parking is ok. For safety purposes a security guard patrols at night...

My 3/2 is very roomy and afffordable, the electricity bill is never over $100. So the apartment is very energy efficient. And all other bills are paid.

The central location is something else that I enjoy. I am close to many restaurants and stores.

I am a Professional,Single,Hispanic,Mother and I really enjoy it here.

There are residents of every race and yes some people are alittle GHETTO, but thats everywhere.

Please take a closer look at the year this was posted and move along, this complex has changed greatly since this woman posted this review. It *was* nicer in the past, but now it's a dump.
