I have lived here since oct of last year and so far things.....are ok. The apts are nice, the management are actually really good, and so are the maintenance people. I live in a 1st floor apt and have never had a problem with anyone trying to break in, or try to break into my car. There are a few things that aren't as good as they should be. First of all; Parking SUX!!! I made a few complaints about the parking situation and they are finally gonna do something about it. The pool is NEVER open during the hours its supposed to be. Everytime i try to go swimming the gates are locked. The laundry facility SUX! The washers and dryers break down constantly and leave your clothes wet. The -------- have decided that the parking lot is there own personal mechanic shop/bar and theres always beer cans and trash thrown around. These people obviously dont give a F@*!# about their kids cuz those little S#!*@S are always running around the complex unsupervised and i've even had a few run in front of my car! Can someone say CPS nightmare'!' The thing that i do like most about the apts is that it is secluded and not too close to the rundberg/35 area where the prostitutes and bums love to hang around. I picked these apts cuz they are literally 5 mins away from my work and other places. So move here at your own risk, but i say they aint as bad as some ppl might say. It's definately better than my old apts, Wildwood. DO NOT move there!! U will be broken into!
