Really convenient location.
I almost didn't move here because of the negative reviews. Luckily I checked it out in person and it's actually a pretty good deal. There's a boutique grocery store across the street and 30th Street feeds into multiple major roads and the highway. Somebody mustā¦Ā See More >Thomas_D359

Almost no one renews.
This place has problems. Me and almost everyone I see (You don't really talk to your neighbors at Fountain Terrace.) are moving out. Anyone thinking of moving in should ask themselves "Why has most of the people left? Or are about to leave? Why doesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I keep catching cockroaches nibbling on my food.
There are so many things wrong with Fountain Terrace. If you put food out in your apartment and then turn your head for a minute, cockroaches will be all over it. The building is actually ancient and falling apart. Etc.

Really bad problems
The problems at this apartment complex are so bad. That when people who work in the neighborhood find out you live there they'll pull away because they don't want to get involved. It's hard to describe.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Skip. It.
We are so glad to be clear of this place. A small group of aggressive neighbors make this place suck for everyone else. As a gay couple, we pretty much could just stay clear of the courtyard. Which sucked, because it was why we movedā¦Ā See More >anonymous

If you could spend a day here first you wouldn't sign that lease.
Fountain Terrace is a train wreck. Aggressive threatening tenants. Poorly thought out construction. Legions of cockroaches. And it's so expensive for what it actually is! Ya, if it was what we were sold, it would be a steal. But it's not that.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Could be beautiful. But it isn't.
It's sad. This place has so much potential. But it's constantly being sabotaged by unnecessary changes, construction crews who just break things, and arbitrary rules. It's in a great location, but you won't be able to just come home and enjoy your own space. Fountainā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ineptitude and Mismanagement
Fountain Terrace was a great place to live when it was managed by Tom Ezzzel. But now it's managed by the corrupt and lazy company named ATXFenton. They actually brought us all into the courtyard and told us how great things where going to beā¦Ā See More >anonymous

You don't want to move here.
The people who run this place don't know what they're doing. And I don't think they care. They just focus on getting people in and lease bound. Basically, I pay West Downtown rent for a Rundberg Lane experience.ā¦Ā See More >Nadia52

Itās right next to everything. EVERYTHING!
Itās a nice building with a small pool. Lots of dogs play in courtyard. Itās right in the middle of everything you could want or need. The grocery store is right across the street. Thereās a lot of shops and restaurants. All on the sameā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The only people happy living here are the loud and aggressive drunks that hang out in the middle of the courtyard. Building is old and falling apart. Management only cares about getting you to sign a lease, then ghosts you.

some neighbors are drug deals, manager (thomas el) very rude, and maintenance was requested but never taken care of. check out the neighbors for yourself and then make the decision.
