This was my first aparment out of college. I got out of there as soon as I could. While the maintence staff was nice, I never got anything fixed in a timely manner. My smoke detector never worked properly. My refrige broke, and it took them 3 days to fix it -- they didn't even offer to replace any of the spoiled food. (That really ticks you off after spending $100 on groceries the day before.) I had a continual problem with ants, and had issues with the management when it came time to move out. My apartment was dirty when I moved in -- and yes, this was noted on the move in sheet, yet the property had the audasity to charge me a $75 cleaning fee when I moved out. I can understand if I had left things a mess, but I cleaned and was still charged. Overall, I was VERY unhappy with my stay here.
