I have lived in Austin my entire life, and this complex is literally the worst place I have ever lived at. The exterior of the complex (such as the courtyard) was ALWAYS a mess, and the management (Jennifer) was horrible. Things in my apartment never got repaired in a timely manner, the entrance/exit gates NEVER worked, and the management could care less about any problems we were having. On top of the management being VERY unprofessional and rude, the area this apartment is located in is not very safe. Also, many cars were vandalized on several occasions in the complex's parking lot(such as slashed tires and broken windows). Cops were called to the complex at least once a week for various reasons...I do not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE!! A very disgusting and unsafe place to live.

I know this manager and the management co.she works for---they both are awful and I don't know how they stay in the business. She is a complete loon who is on a total ego trip--do not live here or any other Arbor Property for that matter.
