i am living in fountainhead apts..... jennifer has been a good mgr to me, and i have had no problems with any of the residents, except for the ones that have had to be evicted due to their lack of class, and tact.....and they were promptly delt with.....

Gee--Jennifer--could YOU be posting since you are the only one to have ANYTHING good to say about this crappy place and your crappy management skills? I know you and you would be the type to use the statement "and they were promptly dealt with..." You and Arbor properties need to stop always blaming residents for your bad reviews and take a good look at your unethical practices and lack of professionalism in the field. Not ALL poor reviews are from disgruntled evicted residents--when it comes to your management style and Arbor properties in general, it's simply pissed off residents who have been treated poorly by YOU!

I agree with this response I currently live there and I am excited my lease is ending this month. It is the worst place I ahve ever lived in. Thanks goodness Jennifer was fired she was a horrible manager. New lady seems nice and is trying to turn the place around from how bad Jennifer left it.

Have been living here for almost a year and am planning to renew my lease. I have had the most pleasant experience here from the office staff to the maintenance crew. The only complaint I would have is the dirty tenants that take their pets out and don't even bother to pick up after them. I do for others what I would want done to me so when people stand there with no shame and walk off leaving behind their animal crap it shows their character and style of living . To this I say, is it really the area and it's management or is it the tenants. A big hooray to the complex and the people that allow it to be what it is.

This has to be one of the flakes that run this DUMP , no one else would volunteer to live in this ----hole!!!
