All units have been totally remodeled with high-end appliances and finishes. I have lived there for about 4 months and have had no problems. There is occasional neighbor noise, but I have learned to expect that from this type of community. It's super convenient to everything downtown. I can (and do) walk to many cool restaurants, coffee shops, etc. No complaints from me!! (The photo I added is from their website) k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
