I have lived in French Quarter for two years, and I have never had a negative experience. The management is excellent. The apartment complex is always well-kept and maintained. It has beautiful gardens and two swimming pools that are regularly cleaned and looked after. The manager has been nothing but helpful in everything she can. During my stay there, I felt safe, welcome and comfortable. Other residents are also very kind and thoughtful. It is a quite and peaceful place. I am a Ph.D. student at UT Austin, and I've written my dissertation while I was staying in French Quarters--so, no disturbance! But, there are also social events organized by the management regularly for residents who have more time and want to socialize with other people living in the complex. Overall, living in French Quarters has been a very positive experience for me, and I highly recommend it.

I'm considering moving to the complex. I'm a single young professional and was hoping to find a complex that had some younger residents - is that the case here?
