This property is the biggest pain in the a$$. My idea of a nice place to live is being able to live day to day with no issues. There have been nothing but issues since we moved in. Everything is always broken (elevators, access doors, gym equipment....most things in our apartment have had to be replaced or repaired. The location is great but Id rather walk from the other side of mopac than deal with this $hit. The property developer sucks and has replaced or redone countless cosmetic things that dont matter instead of focusing on making things work and run smoothly for the people who live here and pay $$$$$$$RENT$$$$$$$$. Also, the walls and floors are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors TV and tell you exactly what channel the are watching....feels like im in office space. The parking garage is not wide enough to make a 90 degree turn with a smart car.......etc etc.....this place was developed and run by total IDIOTS. Gables Corporate should be looking in to this and firing every one that was involved in getting this property up and running. I feel cheated in paying what i do for A TOTAL LIE FROM THE BEGINNING. SERIOUSLY... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS --- BUILT COMMUNITY!!

Ditto for the Gables Pressler just up the street. Some of the shoddiest construction I have ever come across. NOTHING works or is falling apart. The noise is unbearable. I was awakened Sunday morning 8:30 AM by children shrieking in the pool. Certainly you're entitled to a swim but the layout of the complex does not take into account the canyon like sound quality that travels up through the thin walls and non noise proof windows. Complaints are falling on deaf ears. Corporate can't hear!!!!! They don't care they are just trying to fill units. Anybody interested in a class action suit? The property is totally misrepresented.
