Nice apartments with washer and dryer. The staff is very friendly. They have always been helpful. Great location! It's withing walking distance to Maudie's, Magnolia Cafe, Deep Eddy, and the grocery story. New workout facility. The downside is that the walls are paper thin. I'd suggest you live on the third floor. My neighbors upstairs sounded like they weighed 500 lbs. because they would stomp whenever they walked. It was never resolved after several nice attempts. I'm out of college and in the working world with normal hours. My other neighbors were college students who thought it was fine to play loud music and yell at 4 AM on several early Tuesday mornings. They also left beer bottles around the place that maintanence often had to pick up. At the same time, I guess you could get that at any place you live. Maintanence was very helpful and friendly. I am moving because I want to live closer to work, and I am sick of loud, drunk kids who keep waking me up. Also, the lawn mowing company comes at the crack of dawn on Friday mornings. Overall, it is a great place to live, especially if you are still in the fun, college mode. You could probably get a good deal if you work with them because SEVERAL apartments are vacant.
