especially considering what else is out there. The Gables are always nicely constructed with nice appliances, fixtures, and floor plans. Town Lake is a great location, but you do pay higher prices for that location. Rent HAS to be in on the first or you get fined, but amenities like w/d included and valet trash service make it worth it. The walls are thin, but find somewhere they aren't! The parking lot is not dirty. Some people just want to complain about anything. Jenna Bush lived next door to me last year (not kidding), so if she lived here, i think you would like it just fine.
