True, it is expensive, but it is worth it. The landscaping is beautiful and the office staff and maintenance are incredibly friendly. The girls in the office have actually delivered packages to my home and put them inside my apartment. If you have a problem with anything, they take care of it. And when they say they'll call you back, THEY CALL YOU BACK!!! That is a very rare occurance anywhere. They just increased rents but it doesn't matter. I am staying where I know I will be taken care of.
