Great location but amenities are poor at best. Be sure to read all of the fine print before signing anything with these people! They will not disclose all hidden fees and deposits until it's too late. They will also take large portions of your deposits without furnishing you a move out report. Parking spots are only large enough to accomodate compact cars. Garages are way over priced compared to other complexes in the area. Security gates are often non functional and open 24 hours a day.

If you did not receive a move out report it's probably because we did not receive your forwarding address. We would be very happy to get you a copy and any photos of damages. A sheet with all charges due upon leasing an apartment is given to every applicant.
