I admit to being a little hard to please- but I am VERY pleased with my apartment. The location is great -- close enough to downtown without being noisy or crowded; food store within walking distance; UT and city buses right outside the complex; awesome and reliable management; and there's always parking. Because it's a little bit of a cookie-cutter complex, you miss out on a little bit of the Austin "coolness" and authenticity, but I'm happy to sacrifice that for peace of mind and comfort.
