I moved in here about 4 months ago, and have been horribly disappointed. The rent is WAY over inflated. You don't even get a microwave in your unit and you pay the highest rent in town! They turn off your water for several hours weekly for "repairs." My A/C has gone out in my unit 5 times, and my hot water has been out 6 times just in the 4 months I've been here. The construction quality is horrid and things break constantly!! I moved here because I thought it would be great to live near Town Lake, but I've never been ripped off so bad. Also, parking is a nightmare!!!!!
