We have been here a year now and really have enjoyed it. The location right near the lake and Maudie's is great. The staff are usually very responsive re complaints. When told people weren't picking up dog poo, they immediately sent out an email and followed up with signs on the lawns. No more poo problems! Same thing with a banging dumpster cover- it was immediately fixed. Maintenance guys are great and polite. They always have crews fixing things up or doing landscaping so the pond and pool area and grass look good.

Only complaints are a couple of rude neighbors with motorcycles and loud friends coming late at night. And some tree damage took forever to fix (tree leaning over parking lot). The biggest problem with the location lately is loud and frequent traffic on Lake Austin Blvd and the back road. Obviously that is something to consider when deciding how close to MoPac and downtown you want to live. Oh and the kitchens are small and need updating. Some are updated, some aren't. Ours isn't, it is okay but not great for the rate price.

Overall the benefits outweigh any minor annoyances.
