Gables Central Park

Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The price is really outrageous and the amenities, though nice, do not compensate for it. There are constant parties by loud undergrads. Parking is ridiculous and the management is a bit rude. However, the problems do get fixed as soon as you report them. And its proximity to Central park and the market is unbeatable. However, I'd still rather spend a few bucks on gas money driving to the market than living in this community.
