Not Worth the Money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Take your money elsewhere. This place is like a cake when you are on a diet. So good to look at but so bad after you eat it. Once you sign a lease, they know they can treat you any way they want. And 99.9999% of the time, its like crap. There is no security since all the gates are left open. The security alarm in the apartment doesn't work. Maintenance repairs take weeks to get fixed. More likely to wiggle a few wires the first trip. Then when it stops working again in 15 min after they leave, come back 2 days later and wiggle a few more wires. Then stops working again after 15 min and come back a few days later and say "we don't have the part, its on order." It took them 1 month to fix the lock on the door. It took 3 weeks for a leaking faucet. 1 week for a broken toilet latch. The entire management office is completely incompetant. Forget having to renew your lease. They know you don't want to move your stuff out so they will raise it as much as they want and blame "rising market conditions." There are better places for the money. Remember that cake, good to look at but you're stuck after.
