going down hill From: benthrdnthat Date posted: 5/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This place used to be nice. Now the rents are going up and quality of resident down. The mgmt. sends out notices of things like no grills on balcony and only two people per resident at the pool, but they dont enforce it. Parking absolutely sucks and mgmt doesnt care. For what they want in rent here, go somewhere else. This place is going to the dogs!
