INSANE RENT INCREASE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   my lease went from 1300 to over 1700 for a 12 month lease... these people are insane!! community is nice, no parking, dog poop everywhere but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced. oh and boy do they bang you out when you lease expires... figure on paying at least $500 for "repairs" and "misc items" they want to charge you for....
