I had a great experience living in the Gables--great location, great management, very clean building and nice apartment--until I had to work with one individual. Upon moving out, she made false claims about the condition in which we left our apartment and the details of our lease. She was not cooperative over the phone and was often downright rude. Every other person I had spoken too at the Gables was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I never want to lease from the Gables again because of the way one of their employees, treated me and my roommate.
