We've lived here for almost a year and can't wait to leave. There is no space anywhere. Parking is non-existent. And to get even one assigned spot you have to pay $45 per month extra. We tried to buy one of these after realizing the horrible parking situation and were offered a spot that was two buildings away. Bad idea because there is little lighting to help gals like me stay safe walking from their car to their apartment.

The pool is always crowded with the MTV BEach party crowd. Management does little to quiet them down. Loud noise throughout the day and night.

Bathrooms have no cabinet space. Kitchens only have cabinets on one side of the wall and the cabinets are not wide enought to fit dinner plates in them. The layout of the apartments makes it almost impossible to have any sort of living room furniture. It's just ridiculous.

And way over priced for what you are getting.
