Its a shame when I come home and get excited about finding a parking spot in front of my building. Parking here is an absolute joke. I have driven around this complex for 30 minutes at a time trying to find a single spot in the whole community. There are approximately 12 available spots in front of my building, which has 24 individual apartments. So the math doesnt work at all, they want to force you into paying for parking.
Other than the parking and the way overpriced rent, this place isnt that bad. Good pool, nice rooms, location is great. But be prepared to go insane trying to find parking. If you feel like shelling out the extra hundy for a spot, do it, it is well worth it.
