After living here for a little over a year I must say that this Gables has it's pros and cons. I don't doubt that parking can be bad for some buildings but I rarely have a problem, our only problem is that the spots are so small for SUVs. The office staff has always been very nice and willing to work with me on anything. Any maintence that I needed (rarely and random things) were taken care of promptly. The pool can be a hang out for younger kids and get loud but you can usually go to the other side of the pool and not even notice. The only thing that annoys me is the loop around and that really isn't a big deal at all. Overall I think it's a great place to live!
