Everything was fine moving in to the Gables and the price wasn't bad but the office staff and parking were just terrible. I was in the office one day using the internet and over heard the office staff talking badly about one of the residents who was walking up to the office. Also, be sure when you move in you take pictures and keep a detailed log of the shape of your apt. or else when you move out they will charge you some astronomical number. If there is a candy wrapper within 50 feet of your front or back door make sure you pick it up. I would never live in another Gables property especially not this one.
