Extremely Rude and Unresponsive Staff

I have found the Gables Management overall a royal pain to deal with. I have previously lived in Post Complexes, which are much nicer ammenity and service wise. The Managers at the Gables are snotty and immature. My problems started day one when I attempted to move in, my apartment had not been cleaned or inspected for move in. They also have very shoddy construction, the other day my cabinet door in the kitchen just fell completely off! Last winter my hot water heater broke, and I had to ask them to come back to fix it four times. I do not enjoy taking freezing cold showers!The apartments are VERY small with no upgrades. They are way overpriced for what you get. Parking also STINKS, they have very few spaces, and they're all teeny tiny! They do this to force you into paying extra for a reserved space. Really and truly you have to be home by 4:00PM daily to find a space that's remotely close to your building!
THE ONE AND ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE COMPLEX IS THE LOCATION. I WILL NEVER LIVE IN ANOTHER GABLES COMPLEX!
