This apartment complex started out adequate before the new management, but they have become a nightmare since then. I have called in several service issues and they have never been followed up on. Parking is so bad that the people even resort to using the path between Runberg and Rutland. My apartment was broken into twice and I have had several peeping toms. I have had to call the police several times on my neighbors due to noise, yet the managers have done nothing. The Laundry Rooms frequently have one or more machines down for weeks at a time. They remodled the landscape and put rocks everywhere so now the many unsupervised children throw them into the constantly. And, one of the steps on the outside of the complex has nearly rotted through and wobbles.
