THESE ARE BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! SURE THE RENT IS CHEAP BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEED HOT WATER OR WATER PRESSURE. THE MAINTENCE IS LAZY AND NEVER GETS ANYTHING DONE, MY FLOORBOARDS HAVENT BEEN FIXED AND IVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 2 YEARS!!! THE MANAGER IS RUDE, NOSY AND INCONSIDERATE. SHE HIDES ALL DAY IN HER OFFICE AND NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! SHES RACIST...SHE DOESNT TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY AND SEEMS TO FAVOR "WHITE" PEOPLE. SHES DISGUSTING AND I DONT KNOW HOW SHE MANAGED TO MAINTAIN HER JOB...SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

I lived there 10 years ago for around 3 years. I don't know if its the same manager, but I never got any satisfactory maintenance or pest control service.(and I'm white).The owners stayed in california so it was very hands off management. Roaches and ants took over that place. The a/c motor was so loud you couldn't hear the t.v. or have a phone conversation. My car was broken into twice, with stereos stolen.The apts across the street got in trouble for not doing backgrounds checks, so there were illegals and criminals all over. The only reason I stayed is b/c of the cheap rent(which went up $140 over 3 years) and free cable and very close to my work. Not recommended unless you don't mind living in substandard conditions all the time.
