this place is really smelly and dirty and creepy. the printer in the computer lab never works. people put their trash on the floors. nothing has been renovated since this place first opened. the carpets and curtains have stains. everything is old and smelly and no one seems to mind. there are dirty creepy people that don't shower or clean their rooms. all the vents are connected on each floor so if someone on your floor smokes, doesn't shower, cooks bad food, doesn't take out their trash: your room will smell like it!! IT'S DISGUSTING. not worth the price or the location. i will never ever live here again and will go out of my way to let people know this. the manager is nice but creepy. the cleaning lady gossips and knows about everyone's personal life. the RAs don't do anything. the heater breaks. the lights break. and nobody seems to care. i'm ashamed to be associated with this place. NEVER AGAIN!!!

parking sucks b/c you can't fit in or out, no space to back up or turn or get out. and it's $700 for the year!!!

as for noise; i can hear through my walls. i hear a guy on my hall singing loudly and very annoyingly. there is an annoying intercom lady somewhere outside that i always hear.

the place is filthy dirty. the building; the floors; the elevator; the appearance. nobody makes any attmepts at cleaning this dump.

also creepy because when you go out the back door it is full of piles and piles of trash cans. i saw a bum sleeping on the fire escape once. there are usually homeless people in the alley way going through the dumpsters. i don't feel safe using the back exit.

fixtures are old and completely worthless. a/c system smells and can't be controlled in your own room. lights break. insulation sucks. the halls look like a scary hotel room. nobody thought of anything when building and maintaining this dump.

the manager is nice; but so much that it's creepy. the RAs are nice enough but i don't think they do their jobs.

i will never live here again. i don't understand why they don't just spend some money to fix it up. the location is great and could be a really great dorm; but it's just a dump. smelly cheap gross and disgusting. all around.
