I currently live here and will be moving soon. These apartments are located in a very pretty location with the hills and trees. But, as a woman, I don't feel safe walking outside my apartment when it's dark. Sometimes there are weird people walking around. The apartments are definitely not luxury apartments, very very outdated. I was also showed an apartment with what looked like slate type floors in the kitchen and an upgraded lighting package. When I actually saw the apartment I'd be living in when I moved in it, it was nothing like their model apartments. The staff is nice, when they want to be. The manager is very nice. Their fitness room sucks and the pools are very dirty all the time. For the price, you get what you pay. It's great to have all the amenities of the Arboretum area only 2-3 blocks away. I will miss that. Walls are thin between floors. Go for a 3rd floor, no noise and awesome view. My electric bill is OUTRAGEOUS! I pay $120 a month to try to keep my 1 bedroom apartment cooled, which never seems to happen. It's not that I like it at 60', I just wish it would stay normal at 72' or so. The apartments aren't well insulated.
