There are several buildings along the greenbelt that are fantastic. I cannot speak for the others. The parking there is sometimes an issue, but rarely. The rent is a bit high, but competitive. I don't care about pool condition, which is nice because it is rank. Fill up the damn water cooler in the workout center! The staff is very nice, but I have had no major problems... which is usually where true personalities come out. The energy costs are a bit high, but it is an older place. GREAT location as it is tucked away from Jolleyville just far enough that I think many criminals don't venture back there.
