It's a nice area, ok price for the size and features...BUT(and it's a big BUT) maintenance is lacking and some but not all of the office staff is pretty uncooperative. 4 out 5 of my maint. requests were done late--3 days or more. They offer a 48 hour guarantee but won't follow through on it unless you are willing to jump through hoops to prove they were late. Last time they argued w/ me and implied that I never really called it in. They said they would need some "documentation" so I could get my 1-day $23 rent credit. Seems kinda petty when the apartment market is so competitive and they need renewals to keep their apartments occupied. Don't recommend it but ok as a last resort.
