I lived here 2 1/2 years and, overall, enjoyed a good experience. I especially liked the floor plan and my greenbelt view, and loved the Arboretum area location. For the price, I was willing to put up with the older appliances and fixtures. Management (Pat & Rachel) were always friendly and professional in my dealings with them. There were occasional aggravations due to a shortage of parking and to a noisy neighbor.
Unlike the previous reviewer, I received a full refund of my security and pet (yes, a cat) deposits upon move-out.
I recommend this complex to anyone wanting to live in a great location with a lot of square footage for the money. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
