Nice but aging property

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Pros:
1. Certain buildings have beautiful and scenic surroundings.
2. Good service response time.
3. Excellent location of the complex.
4. Peaceful living.
5. Reduced rents are reasonable.
Cons:
1. The complex is getting older, so the appliances are losing their shine, quality.
2. Pets(dogs) can be a menace for the rest of the residents. Management exercises very little control over this situation.
3. Parking lots are poorly lit. Management does not seem to care even though cars are routinely broken into.
4. Dislike the swimming pool(not a lap pool).
5. Management does not seem very keen about retaining tenants. When they renewed my lease earlier, they gave me the same rate as any new renter. Living for 2 years counts for nothing.
