I moved into this property when it was still Amli at Great Hills and although the apartment was nothing spectacular the staff were friendly and helpful. Spring 05 the property was sold and I found that the new hired staff were unhelpful, cold, and not willing to provide adequate support. My water heater broke and they stated this was not an emergency and was 3 days later. They do not provide adequate information about increases in rent It's a quiet location, but this place is definitely not worth what you pay. I moving soon and I cant wait to get out of this apartment w/ horrible management
