I just moved in over the weekend and so far the place is great. I have all new appliances, new carpet, and they actually paint the walls a differant color than the ceiling and door frames, etc.

So far I'm really impressed with the property. The staff was very nice. When I moved in I didn't have a bulb in either of the lights by my front door or patio; I told them about it and when I came back the next day they had been installed. I didn't even have to write out a service request.
