I have lived here for 2 years now and I have seen big changes.1 Amli let this place go to hell. the service was bad and Maintenance was really bad. Since northland took over Im actually proud to live here. The Maintenace still slacked for awhile but they have brought in a new team and in the past few weeks the grounds are looking great, I have had three service requests and for the first time in two years they were taken care of within 48 hours and the maintenace man very polite and pleasant when he was here. So what if they arent taking packages, really, how often do you have a package sent to you. If they keep it up Ill be here alot longer.

Been having trouble receiving my packages, and finally was notified by the post man, that Great Hills Apartments are supposed to provide the postmen with lockers to store the packages. They said that it's been 2 years since this has been going on, and Great Hills has done nothing. It's frustrating, because the postmen will not come to our doors, and instead leave the "I missed you" notices, without having even attempted delivery. So, then you sign the note, leave it in there, and get the package 2 days after. Once the get that note, they bring the package the next day. It is frustrating, and it's more frustrating that Northland hasn't done what they are OBLIGATED to do.
