Have been here for over a year, the policies have become worse, for example they stopped accepting packages. The staff is hilariously disorganized and you have to stay on top of them, they have trouble telling you when your lease will end, your checks may not be cashed and you may be charged for things you shouldn't. You will definitely get door dings in the miniature parking spaces, they are ridiculously small. The area is nice though, nice trees and greenbelt and nice location in NW Austin.
