The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

The good news is that the complex is in a fantastic area, and the rent per square foot is cheaper than a lot of other places nearby. The bad news is that the Northland management team is negligent and unhelpful, and the apartments need major repairs. I think it was a poor decision to discontinue accepting packages on behalf of their residents; it strengthens the argument that Northland doesn't really care about assisting their residents. Oh, and if you're wondering about the "major repairs" that I mentioned earlier, one of my bathrooms constantly smelled like mildew, the appliances in the kitchen were problematic, and wasps infested my patio every summer(the cracks in side paneling and under awnings provide perfect places for nests). Now THAT is ugly.
