I have a one bedroom on the greenbelt. The views are great for the area and the cost but that's all that's great. I've been here two years and a few weeks after I renewed my lease the office stopped accepting packages - which was a nightmare during the holidays. They have also completely turned over the office and maintenance staff and have started charging more and more for trash pick-up though my dumpster is always full to overflowing. The quality of service has greatly decreased and I'm just waiting until my lease expires.
