before i moved here i lived in what i thought was a dump with bad management in east austin. this place is more negligent and rude than i've ever seen. they don't accept packages, i've had a hole in my wall from a leak that came from the ice storm...it's still not fixed, a couple of my electrical sockets don't have covers, the oven consistently burns my food and sets off the smoke alarm (which wouldn't stop buzzing the other day to the point where i had to rip it out of the wall), the shower above me sounds like niagara falls everytime someone's in it, they left me a scathing and rude note on my door the other day about not paying 6 dollars from my dramatically raised water/trash bull, saying that i'd be evicted if i didn't pay it that day...the staff is a bunch of lazy golf cart ride around dopes, and the front office is full of bimbos that have no clue as to what customer service is or how to handle a problem in a manner that takes less time than it did to build the pyramids. on top of that they've raised rent. worst run complex ever.
