I will admit i was impressed when we came to look at this place, it was pretty, everyone seemed friendly and my apartment looked really good when we moved in. And thats where it ended, They suddenly stopped taking packages, we suddenyl had swarms of wasps everywhere, Besides the dog waste EVERYWHERE the land is pretty. my stove went out and Maintenance had to order a part for it wich took a week to get in. But the any encounter with the office staff after they get you in here will totally ruine the whole expierence with this place. I went in to see if i could get another screen door seeing that mine ripped somehow and the Manager literally rolled her eyes at me like I was asking for free rent or somthing. Then I got a letter on my door for throwing cigerette but over the patio and we dont even smoke!! So I called the office and to let them know if couldnt have been us and the same woman that rolled her eyes at me practically hung up on me like she didnt believe me.Great views and pet friendly but stay away from the office. They have been labled as the ----- in disguise.

| Hello, I am Kirsten Weyrauch, the manager at Great Hills. Unfortunately this site tends to be utilized only when angry. Every service request is taken by someone in this office without any rolling of the eyes. A broken screen door would be replaced if need be. Wasps do get out of control in the summer season and pest control will gladly spray your apartment each week if needed, just let us know. While we honor the 48 hour maintenance guarantee, sometimes parts do take longer than that to arrive. While it is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after their pets, this does not always happen and we proactively clean the grounds, however if there are areas in need of extra attention, please let us know and we will take care of it. The employees are here to help in any way possible. | |

I'm sorry, Ms. Weyrauch, but you sound like an awful manager. While I do respect you for offering a response to the writer's harsh accusations, it also tells me what kind of manager you are. Ms. Weyrauch, if you acknowledge that "wasps do get out of control in the summer season" why do you ask that tenants "let you know?" Why not routinely spray for wasps in the summer months? Its called maintenance. Wasp stings hurt! For the amount of rent your tenants undoubtedly pay they shouldn't have to go through the hassel of filing out a maintenance reports and waiting 48 hours for maintenance which you admit doesn't always happen when it is "guaranteed". Tenants shouldn't have to let you know when there are areas that "need extra attention" like places with excesses of feces. When these people signed their leases they contracted to pay your property a specified amount for a particular period of time, on time. In return they should be getting property maintenance in a timely manner and something called convenience which your property doesn't seem to provide.
