This was the worst complex that I've ever lived in. The maintanice guys are useless and the office staff are rude bimbos that don't give a crap about the residents. When my car was stolen from the complex, they did'nt even care and they did'nt even send out flyers or notices to the other residents to alert them about the situation.

Hello, I am the Property Manager of Great Hills. Unfortunately crime has no address and can happen anywhere! So sorry your car was stolen. We would not send out notification unless there were several autos stolen or broken into on the property. The police department does advise everyone to never leave anything of value in your vehicle and to make sure you keep it locked. The staff at Great Hills work diligently to take care of everyone's needs from finding a new home to the maintenance of many apartments on site in addition to the operations of the property. I suppose we cannot please everyone all of the time, but we sure try!

Sounds like you spend your day coming up with excuses rather than adhering to your customer's real needs. That, and you really don't care, it's a job.
