I actually really enjoy living here! I've lived here for close to six month now.

It's very quiet and for someone who just moved from Riverside, that's a really welcome change. I love that it's "off the beaten path" from the main road and the scenery is gorgeous. It's so nice to look out my back window and have a view of the canyon and greenbelt. Other great things about the location include it's proximity to stores (The Arboretum and The Domain are within a five mile radius and there are TWO grocery stores right across the street) and restaurants. There's plenty of parking if you have a lot of visitors.

I've never had a bad experience with the office staff, management or maintenance. They have always been very friendly and accommodating. Compared with some other apartments I looked at, the price is very reasonable. My apartment is a great size, I have brand new appliances and I'm paying a fraction of what I would at other comparable places.

The only drawback so far:
-The fitness center leaves quite a bit to be desired. It's very cramped and there's not much in the way of new equipment. I've started going to the 24 Hour Fitness (again, less than a mile away) instead.

I've lived here for awhile, and it's a decent place to live. NOT PERFECT though. Things that are annoying. Walls are thin, so if you get a loud neighbor below...it will make life annoying. We have neighbors on an unconventional sleeping schedule, and can hear them talking and laughing at 2 am in the morning. They are not being abnormally loud at those hours, but the walls are thin enough, so that I can be waken up at night with them talking. Greenback is nice, except for creepy, nasty bugs and insects that will find magically find their ways into the apartment. If you like bugs, great! If you don't, like me...you will have to adjust to this. I'm actually scared to go out at night in the summer time, because I do not know what lurks out there. Walking to your door, and finding lizards hanging out for their snack...is just unsettling to me. Annoying neighbors with loud car alarms, that go off continuously in the night, beeps when they open their cars, lock their cars, and beeps loud, and several beeps. This would annoy you, wouldn't it? Especially when it's 3 am, 5 am, 12 am, and you're in your wonderful REM sleep, and then you hear this stupid guy's alarm going off. I can understand one beep. But I cannot understand this insanely loud, and several beeps, and on junky cars, and at the hours that this thing goes off. Do they not understand how to use their car alarms? We used to have very nice neighbors, and the place was relatively quiet, but lately...all sorts of lovely low class people have been moving in nearby us. Staff is very nice. Maintenance staff has a high turnover rate. Some seem very nice, and some seem very questionable. I would request to be present during all visits by them. Parking is easy, and plenty of parking available. Fitness center is very small. Like the poster above...I'm actually thinking of rejoining 24 hour fitness again. Thankfully, there's one really close by.
