I have lived here for 1 year (my lease is up and I'm transfering to another floor plan within the complex) and I absolutely love it. I am apalled at the low ratings for this complex because I have had such great experiences living here. My neighbors are wonderful and friendly just as much as ALL the office staff and maintenance people have been. I have to completely disagree with negative reviews about specific things they mentioned. The upkeep and maintenance is superb, seriously. Every single time I have put in a work-order request, they have always fixed it within 24 hours. They provide you with a.c. filters for your unit, all you have to do is pick it up from the office every month at your convenience. I've never experienced any kind of dust or mold problems at all. And grace periods for your rent depend on your lease terms because mine allows me to pay on the 2nd, not the 1st, so that varies which is understandable.
I have enjoyed every aspect of living here so far. Their is a family of deer that crosses the street every morning around sunrise and every evening at sunset. And I like that you are so close to all the highways but back by the greenbelt so you don't hear them, just the various birds always chirping. It's really peaceful. The fitness center is always clean and in good order. And the local elementary school bus stops right in front of the apartments at 3pm. Also, their is a great neighborhood playground hidden in the neighborhood 2 minutes from the complex. I have a 2 year old son and feel very safe here, day and night.
I'm not sure about how they charge after you move out (I'll find out within the next few weeks) but I can't imagine they would charge any unncessasary charges.

This was exactly how I felt WHILE I lived there. Just wait until you move out. They will charge you for everything, including new carpets (no matter how clean you kept them), and the office personnel will no longer be your friends. Trust me - just wait until you move out.
